You can check if the hall is available for the date and time you wish to book, by clicking here.

To make a provisional booking, please download and complete the Booking Request Form and send it to the booking officer.

The Booking Officer will then advise you of the hire charge; to confirm your booking, payment is requested within 7 days.

Please ensure you read the Information & Conditions for hiring the hall.

 

Hire Charges (valid until end 2024)

		Coates Residents and Charities		Commercial Use **
	Main Hall	£10.00 per hour *		£15.00 per hour *
	Kitchen	£6.00 per booking		£6.00 per booking
	Meeting Room	£5.00 per hour		£8.00 per hour

	* This includes the use of the Audio Visual facilities
	** Applicable to any booking where alcohol is sold

	Main Hall	£11.00 per hour *		£16.50 per hour *
	Kitchen	£7.00 per booking		£7.00 per booking
	Meeting Room	£6.50 per hour		£8.80 per hour
