Each year Parish Councils are required by legislation to complete and submit an AGAR (Annual Governance and Reporting) statement. The deadline for this is 30 June and it must be approved by the full council and specific resolutions made and recorded at the Council meeting. As our next meeting is scheduled for early July we will miss the deadline. We are therefore holding an extraordinary meeting of Coates Parish Council.
