The cinema starts a new season on 14 September with the feel good comedy What’s Love Got To Do With It (PG13) starring Lily James, Shazad Latif and Emma Thompson.
Set in London and Lahore the film follows Zoe, an award-winning documentarian, as she records the events of the assisted marriage and wedding of her childhood friend Kaz. During the process Zoe wonders if she has something to learn from this profoundly different approach to finding love.
Doors open at 7pm for 7.30pm screening. Tickets £5 (cash or card).
The Village Club bar will be open before the film and during the intermission with other refreshments on offer in the hall.
